Founded by Zoe Lemelson, Luhz Press is a Los Angeles-based, independent art book publisher with a focus on photography and photo-based work.

Luhz Press is intent on exploring how images and ideas coexist on the page. The press works in close collaboration with artists to produce books that promote playfulness and explore both traditional and expanded forms of image-making through print. From idea to edit and design to print, the press oversees all stages of production to ensure a book’s material presence resonates with its imagery.
