Shipping
Postage prices are calculated based on weight, value, destination, and carrier service.
You will receive a confirmation email shortly after the order is processed. Once your order ships, you will receive an email with available tracking information. For additional information about your delivery timing, please visit the website of the mail carrier.
If you require expedited shipping, courier service, or your order is time-sensitive, please contact us directly for shipping quotes and arrangements.
Time in transit varies by location. Shipping durations are as quoted by the websites of the US Postal Service, UPS, FedEx, or an alternate chosen carrier. We are not responsible for any delays due to weather, customs inspections, etc., after your package has been delivered to the carrier.
Once your package is delivered by the carrier, Luhz Press is no longer responsible for the package. We always recommend having your order shipped to an address where someone is available to accept the package.
Domestic Shipping
Unless expedited shipping is selected, domestic orders are shipped via USPS Media Mail. Please allow 10 business days for delivery. USPS Priority shipping is available at checkout. Please allow 5 days for delivery.
International Shipping
International customers pay for shipping via DHL Express, and cost is calculated at checkout. International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees of the destination country upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not responsible for any packages that are returned, including packages returned due to unpaid custom fees or taxes.

Lost, Stolen, Damaged or Returned Mail
Luhz Press is not accountable for lost, stolen, returned or damaged mail. In the event of damaged mail sent via USPS Priority Mail, please contact USPS directly and retain all packaging for insurance purposes. Please note that USPS does not provide insurance for USPS Media Mail packages.
Returns
Books are non-refundable and non-returnable. If there is an issue with your order, please email contact@luhz.press.
